First find your items by browsing through the categories, once you have found an item read the item description carefully. All the images refer to the item in question therefore quality and conservation may be verified quickly, an enlarged image of the item is available to allow you to verify the state of conservation.
If you have any questions about the item in question, you may contact us by using the CONTACT form, please supply you e-mail address in order to allow us to respond to you. Please provide the ID Number of the item in question, this is extremely important as to identify the item if more than one copy is available.
Once you have found the item that you wish to purchase click on the ADD TO CHART button, this will be added to your shopping chart, as each item is scanned and listed singularly with a unique ID Number, it may occur that some items are available in more than one copy.
Continue to browse until you have found all the items you wish to purchase and simply add each item to your shopping cart. Once you have completed your choice, all the items will be listed in the SHOPPING CART menu, please check that all items and prices are correct. If you should choose to delete one or more of the listed items, simply click on the DELETE icon and the item will be deleted from the list.
Once you are satisfied with your purchase click on the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT button, a new window will open where you will be asked to login if you are already a customer or to create a new account if you are a new cutomer. You will be asked to supply your Name, Address, E-Mail and a password of your choice, then simply click on the REGISTER button. Once you have registered the following message will be displayed:
Your account has been created and an activation link has been sent to the e-mail address you entered. Note that you must activate the account by clicking on the activation link when you get the e-mail before you can login.
Upon clicking on the activation link, your account will be activated and you will be able to continue your order
You will then recieve an e-mail on the given e-mail address containing a link where you can activate your account and from here you may continue to process your order.
You will be asked to choose the shipping method you prefer, the system will automatically calculate the weight and volume of your purchase. If multiple items are purchased, the shipping costs will be handled as a single shipment and orders that exceed € 300.- will be shipped free of charge.
We accept payments by Credit Card, Collect on Delivery, Bank Transfer or Check, additional methods will be added shortly. Please take into account that some payment methods require that a processing fee is added (such as Check and Collect on Delivery), these taxes will be charged to the payment. Once the Shipping and Payment method has been chosen, you will be asked to accept our TERMS AND CONDITIONS (please read them carefully), at this point you order has been processed and you will recieve an order confirmation by E-Mail.
Once we have recieved payment, please allow us 24 hours for processing the order and to arrange shipment.
